Meditation
Hello friends, I have found the answer to the questions surrounding Noah"s Ark. The answer is Noah was not an old man in a wooden boat with lots of animals from the earth, cast adrift in the endless sea of water from earth's flood. No the answer is in the metaphor, the ark was a ship indeed, but if we think outside the human box, we see the possibility the ship was from another galaxy, or time and place, lost or cast adrift in the sea called the universe, or heavens, for reasons I don't know, but it found the land of earth and here it came to rest. Within it carried many seeds of life, and it cast them upon the earth, in time it also opened the eyes of what has become man, giving us metaphors and symbols by which we must find our own path, this also answers many mysteries of architecture and words of wisdom which have no explanation to this point. Cast adrift in the endless sea, the flood of the universal waters called the heavens. Of course maybe it was an old man in a wooden boat 5000 years ago with all the animals on the earth. Outside the box my friends, we now can see the answers.

Drilling for oil in Alaska
Headline, Boston Globe, Heating aid slashed; N.E. faces burden
US spending was tied to Alaska drilling
the federal program to help poor families heat their homes got cut to less than half the amount originally promised by Congress, because of a series of late night maneuvers on Wednesday that could leave tens of thousands of New England families struggling with skyrocketing heating bills this winter.
What the propaganda machine wants you to believe here is that your pocket book is being hurt because we are not drilling in Alaska. They do not mention that the oil companies made 10 billion dollars profit in the past month, (Exxon/Mobile) If these companies settled for eight billion dollars profit then all the skyrocketing prices would be kept in check. What they want you to believe is we must drill, they being large oil and congress which is tied directly to the purse strings of oil, see the Bush Cheney history, There is no shortage, there is only gouging, and a capitalist need for more, at the expense of some of the last lands on the planet untouched by the virus known as man.
New topic. Same propaganda machine.
We put 20 thousand more troops in Iraq for the elections just held. Our pentagon just stated they may, (see the meaning of may), reduce the troop strength by 8000 men. My math says that leaves a increase of 12000, not a decrease of maybe 8 thousand. All this is because our leaders believe you are not intelligent enough to think out fully what they are saying and what it really means.
Same propaganda machine, I know this will ruffle feathers, but.
Merry Christmas,
Old testament, Man is made in the image of God.
New testament, God is made in the image of man.
Please come out of the cave and see what is happening on this planet.

the meaning of dreams
Imagine we are able to evolve to the next plane of understanding, not by science, but by exploration of time and space in our own being. Imagine the idea; we may understand this through our dreams, where time and space take on definitions we don’t understand, dreams, and timeless opportunity of realizing self outside of form. Imagine using the moments of wakeful consciousness to feed the body and expand the mind so sleep or meditation is used to open the window of timelessness in a way where meaning becomes eternity as consciousness becomes self awareness and processes of thought born to a reality expanding life in patterns which do not dissipate into the masses of the universe but stay as whole formless form, energy without walls contained by forms but instead held together by its own understanding of self. In this place the endless windows of time, of space, become one point where any moment in consciousness in any dimension of in concepts of form may be witnessed in our web of perceptions.
It is the following evolution where we again take on form in self awareness again, that indeed life becomes advanced. Where someday, thousands or millions of years from now, we may understand that there is nothing we are not. That without our piece in this web of life, life becomes one piece less, as in the elements, if you change one atom, one molecule, the element itself become something less then whole, it is as much the whole as it is itself, and so to are you to the universe, and eternity.
We as a civilization are 5, 10, 50; one thousand years away from applying the DNA altered pieces into our species, (see where they now produce DNA which has the ability to perform mathematical function just as a computer chip does). We WILL become a species which alters itself to a point where it takes on the character of what we now term cyborgs. In doing this, we by pass the natural course of evolution, outsmarting us, and perhaps will never see eternity and the timeless nature of space and life in it. We will have manufactured our consciousness so it becomes confined within its walls of fabricated life and realities. To miss our own understanding of self is becoming all too human.

now, just to keep you honest.
So now I’m obsessing
I can’t stop to think
My mind like a manic
My reasons, my ----
Whirl of a mind, that won’t stop its ways
Always the same, with you in my day
I wake in the morning
Your ghost I do fck
The pleasures in sleeping, it’s all that I’ve got
As plain as my waking
You tense in delight
There’s something about fcking
A ghost thats not right.

Father
Hello,
I truly appreciate all of your positive feedback, keep in mind that I have no illusions which are, someone will buy one of my paintings. I send you images only because I perceive you understand and like what you see, humanity seems to see the meaning of life as seeking enjoyment or entertainment, often by others, to me life is for exploring concepts of what life is, its root, concepts of creation where we are creator. I don't believe people can see, or want to see expressions of life itself instead of objects or animation.
Understand that I want nothing from you, but it is my hope that my work makes you think.

Learning
i learned something today I didn't know before. According to bush, rice and rumsfeld, water torture is not torture because they deem it to be not.
I will have to relay this message to my kids so they can learn from it. torture is not torture if people in power say its so.....
Thank you leaders of the free world for the examples and lessons we can all learn and follow.

being my best
"This is a group of people who don't merit the word `insurgency,' I think," Rumsfeld said Tuesday at a
Pentagon' name=c1> SEARCHNews News Photos Images Web' name=c3> Pentagon news conference. He said the thought had come to him suddenly over the Thanksgiving weekend.
"It was an epiphany."
Rumsfeld's comments drew chuckles but had a serious side.
"I think that you can have a legitimate insurgency in a country that has popular support and has a cohesiveness and has a legitimate gripe," he said. "These people don't have a legitimate gripe." Still, he acknowledged that his point may not be supported by the standard definition of `insurgent.' He promised to look it up.
Webster's New World College Dictionary defines the term "insurgent" as "rising up against established authority."
Even Gen. Peter Pace, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who stood beside Rumsfeld at the news conference, found it impossible to describe the fighting in Iraq without twice using the term `insurgent.'
After the word slipped out the first time, Pace looked sheepishly at Rumsfeld and quipped apologetically, "I have to use the word `insurgent' because I can't think of a better word right now."
Without missing a beat, Rumsfeld replied with a wide grin: "Enemies of the legitimate Iraqi government. How's that?"
I SAY, WHAT DOES THAT MAKE US ??????????? Brian

Boston Globe,
Pentagon says it used phosphorus in Fallujah in 2004 it denied it targeted civilians.
but apparently some got it.
our leaders said Saddam must go, he uses chemical weapons,, well apparently chemical weapons which burn from the outside instead of the inside are o.k.
Also,
where are all these bodies from his killing? All I have seen so far is the same picture of the same town, of the same block. I think as of this date he is only being tried for 2000 +-
we have killed over 100000 of them.
so what's up?
who should be on trial?
roughly half the American population does not like or agree with bush, in fact I would guess almost half the population of this country is afraid of him and his policies. So does this give the right for another country, were there one more mighty, to capture, kill and destroy for the implementation of there own beliefs?

WASHINGTON - The Bush administration is abandoning its push to develop a "bunker-buster" nuclear warhead and instead will pursue a conventional weapon that can penetrate hardened underground targets.
Wonderful, now all we have to do is lose the pursue conventional weapon part and turn our attention to creating a harmonious evolution for man.

population growth
"United Nations experts have urged Russian authorities to boost social spending to improve health care and prevent the population decline".
Now my view for starters.
We look and see company goals, family goals, teaching goals to our children, goals for everything but one. where is the world wide goal for the peoples of the earth?
Where is it?
One, we should start with lowering the population of peoples to a point where the planet can sustain that population in a natural balance.
Hows that for starters?

Non Secular America, What are we fighting?
As America engages in war with non-secular states for their dangerous philosophy, many Americans fail to see our own government striving to put into place, pieces which will form our policies based on non-secular beliefs. As we look to other cultures engaged in this philosophy, we talk of how it is a method, to control and manipulate the peoples, bringing their societies back in time. We should look at our own country and ask if we are doing the same. We are at a point where we have the ability to take the destiny of mankind, controlling our evolution, creating a path for our evolution, or we can slip back to primitive instinct.

political day
We the sheep do solemnly swear, to protect the rights of oil companies, at any cost, whether it is through organized terror, with our organized forces, or diplomatic terror and well practiced lies. We solemnly swear, not to respect the rights of those who do not believe as we do, that it is our god given right to rule, conspire, lie, humiliate, suppress and condemn any social, political cultural or personal view other than ours. We understand Democracy is a doctrine which we hide behind as a just form of Government, knowing that capitalism will lead to a secure nation where all peoples are created equal and the opportunity to drive the largest SUV will lead to prosperity happiness and wealth, regardless of the short term effects on natural resources, health care and education. We will defend the rights of special interest groups the power to sway political elections and governmental laws, for these interests are those of the wealthiest corporations which have always employed the greatest number of people looking out for the greater common good. We swear to never look to the future, for today is the only day that matters. And we swear to never question your judgment or character for you believe in the one true god.

Phantom of the opera
The only thing that seperates me from you is the thin line called form. Ying and Yang, what does this mean? More than my good side v.s. evil, more than my masculine v.s. feminine, Ying and yang means, Understanding the balance between the consciousness of form and not. It is quite easy for us all to see the consciousness of form and in that look to understand only this aspect of life in a reality which is visually acknowledged as proof. It is far harder to accept that which is an abstract view seen only through consciousness without participation of the form, what we call ourselves. It is this lack of balance which has caused humanity to feel as though we are independent of all outside ourselves, in this lack of understanding, lack of balance we end up in constant turmoil and conflict. If and when we evolve to see that indeed the only seperation between you and me is the thin line of form, and the balance of creation is that we are all one, on that day, the door of life for mankind will open.

Hear the children crying
Mission Accomplished
I know not.
Not only is it not accomplished but, the mission itself is flawed.
As societies today continue to recruit young men to be warriors, no matter the justification, what can we expect? As peoples of nations continue to believe we need young men to be warriors, what can we expect? As societies we contine to place the utmost importance on jobs, fuel, income, and self importance, what can we expect.
We are organisms, living on an organism, which is part of an organism, which is never in the present but, always what is about to be. Like energy this potential is limitless but, this is not what we expect. Out of primitive instinct, our young primitive race, looks not to evolution but to destuction and consumption, as reality born by God.

Subject: Bush and the Relief effort
We think in a good faith demonstration of REAL family values, the Bush family should open up the Crawford Ranch for victims of Hurricane Katrina. There's plenty of room. It's relatively close. and it shows a willingness to do more than a symbolic kissing of babies. We'd like to see this spread around the web as a grass roots movement until it's heard at the Ranch. So spread the word....

Red White, and Blue
How about if we try for this.
Proud to be human, to care for all mankind, Attack and counter attack, gets us nowhere,
Listen and look at the world around us, the simplest form is no less simple then you, and you were not born when you think.
We must not only think, how to sustain ourselves, for that is a question of time, something that is, will always be, in windows open one time.
I'm not sure what it will take, for I see a man in a cave, not sure they can see, the shadows that fall, are from outside their man made wall. I wish you could see, where I have been, for I know how to see with my soul, you may think it false, or how can it be, but I tell you there's no shadow at all.

The issue for humanity
Hello,
So many of us look at 911 and ask how it could have been averted. We look at New Orleans and ask why didn't we strengthen the levies long ago knowing the risks of not. The world is full of tragedy's which we all try to understand, but all to often we only look at the effect and not the cause, for the root of our problems are directly from looking for the answers from outside ourselves. Humanity must address the issue of humanity, stripped of external form and emotion so how to evacuate people does not get confused with becoming one peoples, in effect one organism. As a species we seem to accept the surface totality in what we are and may achieve, you request may be a view with art of rectangular shapes, surface symbols which touch only the surface of the problems. I am offering a glimpse of your future which in kind is mine, if you want to open the door to change, take a look.

sun and rain
we are afraid of tomorrow and of others because we don't see that we are the others we are afraid of. If you believe you can force life to only see the sun, you have not accepted the rain, and thus can never truly experience all the sun has to offer.
B
Fear of tommorow, fear of others, because we don't see that we are the others, we are humanity
it starts with forgetting everything you have been taught about god and faith. for in god and faith comes the excuse of actions being out of our control, in fact destiny becomes that of a source created by man for the purpose of control and to absolve sins simply by saying sorry. the only people running the course of our destiny is we ourselves, so long as people believe otherwise we are doomed. I am truly sorry if you want to believe that something else will give you eternal peace and look over us all in case of disaster, which oddly enough we call act of god, and I know how alone we will be without the comfort of that image, but it must go in order for us to move forward in evolution. you asked.
i didn't think you would, because of peoples fear of change, and fear of being nothing more than they are. If you think a new president is going to fix our problems than your only looking at your own. It is time for humanity to take another leap, in its history and evolution. If you think that comes about without major changes in how we see, then you are not ready, and not alone. this is soon beyond the time for band aids, so if your content with what you believe and nothing more my question to you is how long ago did you stop asking yourself to question all that you think you know? 20 years ago? in reality? better levies quicker responses more social services war only when necessary more jobs better jobs fuel efficient cars, do you really think that is what will be advancing mankind?
please
now if today you say, I'm going to get by with looking into my pretty flowers today and that will make it alright, for me, well that's o.k. most of the people are doing the same, it is to see that emotion has nothing to do with happiness or state of being, you think dark painting is dark emotion or dark point of view, you see I don't let the notion of dark create a bias from what happens naturally, In discussing mankind's problems I am no less happy or sad then when looking at a picture of a pretty flower, emotion does not enter into the equation of life, for me, I guess you can call me spock. but until emotion is not judged for it fuels religions, bias, hate, love, god, etc. but is only a piece of being not the being itself, until then we stay put, look how we all do something to make us happy, what is happy? just an emotion, which, fundamentally has nothing to do with life, and neither does death, or pain or orgasm or a good sale day. they are what they are and should be viewed as nothing more than that, it is not the trigger, or the response, it is the witness to life in the cycle itself.
No change = No change

Reflection
Reflections
All one people
All one time
The being our makeup
The being our mind
Scared of each other
Walking this line
Together to see
Of what we could be
is nothing more
than what we are
with eyes in our head
that can't see but form
to bad for tommorow
outside of the door
because we can't feel
just outside our grasp
the handle of all things
untill they have passed
humanity worries
well that it should
searching in places
of theory and song
the vibrant discourse
i am and i know
I believe what i read
I believe what i'm told
others unlike me
contempt and disgust
my will i shall force
my will I shall thrust
till the throats of my brother
choak in red rain
I know I am right
but what have i gained
and so the cycle
of man in his wisdom
is facing a wall
but of all times as this
has chosen to fall
his eyes to a fist
cleanched tight for the pain
hear, its my whisper
to all of my brothers
and sisters alike
you eat your own soul
because you can't see
with those eyes in your head
that you
are no more than me.

National guard
I know this is an art blog but,,, I want to make a simple comment on a "not so simple" situation.
Once again our commander in chief has failed in the name of our national interest. The reason why the national guard took so long to mobilize in the gulf coast is, they are, for the most part, in Iraq. Our national guard is supposed to be available for national care in circumstances such as the most recent hurricane. In the misconstrued name of national defense, "the Iraq war", our leaders have failed us at every turn with their misjudgment. In my life, I have never seen so many failures, in National, Domestic, foreign, economic or Environmental policies under one administrations watch. As a result our country and the world have entered a state of crisis.
While on the subject, for those who don't understand the impact of global warming here is a comparison. The Gulf waters are 3 to 4 degree's above normal. The earth is a living organism much like yourself. What happens to you, or any living thing for that matter when your temperature is elevated by just 3 degrees. It is time for mankind to examine themselves, cancer kills its host.

If cave paintings were of compassion
Sometimes I wonder what we are going to leave for others to see. Perhaps we don't believe in evolution, perhaps we don't have time, to believe that we don't know. Perhaps if we didn't believe we are the chosen ones knowing all the answers, then perhaps that would be to hard to believe. All I ask is, just look around, at the world, at humanity. Is it that we don't have time to wonder? Not much time has passed since our legacy was that of the hunt, of merely survival.

this is mine (for today)
Hi,
If the decision process is still on going here is a bit which can put me on either side.
Here's a thought I just had while working on my house, lets see if I can verbalize it.
Our concept of god, all consciousness, always knows what we do,
Our current view on physics, there is no now, past or future. True, odd but that’s where they’ve come to.
The big bang, our concept of the beginning of time.
Brian’s thought.
God or whatever the heck it was contained all consciousness that we experience (all of us in all time) it was the creator of consciousness as we know it, but this was its consciousness. Something went awry whether it is death or something we can’t imagine and BANG! all of its consciousness was released and we have the beginning of time, but time is only consciousness from something else so it doesn't exist in the now, and because of its form, the past or future either, so here we are a drift thinking that something is watching over us yet that something is exactly what we are, so in effect we are alone in its consciousness and it isn't going to save the world. So now we are the creators or re-creators and here we go again, remember what I said about heaven and hell? so how does it feel to be nothing but the figment of something’s imagination, and it isn't even here anymore, it also give credit to the collective consciousness, it you think about it almost explains all the metaphors for religions and life, now for the even more interesting part, there is a molecule in you and me which is the door to all things, it even gives credit to Gandhi don't kill that fly! So are you also looking for that molecule in you called creation?
and
Exploration. The folly of civilized man in my mind is that recognizing self has become recognizing self importance.

the big bang of consciousness
The answer to what is heaven or hell.
Our lives are spent creating, each moment each act of consciousness is a creation, ever lasting in eternity. To live our lives with compassion, caring, love, respect, free from judging and divisive acts becoming pieces of the universe, this is heaven eternal, the fabric of life beyond our awareness'. If we can all understand this the concept of our actions, words and deeds being that which we are, in wave upon wave for all eternity, then for each of us how we live and act may take on a new meaning, for heaven and hell are real. When meaning beyond the abstract is found, to see that we are the creators and what we create is forever, then this understanding becomes a meaning which may change the world, for who you are in each moment is timeless and eternal. end.
Emerging
where seperation is only concept
of our mind which resists
how am i not just part
but the ocean as whole
when at the same time my being
seems to live with its own soul
when you understand something
not just passing of words
that we have always been swimming
in this constant of stars
and your mind and your body
are just shells in the game
part of the puzzle, if we new how insane?
its all in one instant one molecule one time
where all things exist which seem
to originate from your mind
its not in the mud, its not in the stars
but inide of me, and you and the ocean
this crytal ball, unlocks all mystery
take a look no tools are needed
no microscope or telescope
just you in yourself, peering deep
into life with everything else.

There's nothing simple
There's nothing simple about the matter
nothing easy or natural
that I can do
with matters that I hope and dream
and dream because I can't
always have
what I want
when I want it
I think.
So I dream instead so when
I wake at least I'll know
some of my life
is spent
easy and natural and how
I want
Oh nothings easy
so I dream, hoping that its real

Trying to get by
Trying to get by
I bought a new briefcase
in hopes they'd see me differently
Trying to get by
I bought new clothes
In hopes they'd see me differently
Trying to get by
I changed my tune
In hopes they'd see me differently
Trying to get by
I acted like them
in hopes they'd see me differently
Trying to get by
I changed myself
so they can see who I am.

Dragon lair (life)
The dragons lair
Alone I sit in the Dragon's Lair, alone
I sit yet still I'm scared,
Alone by myself, hoping for God,
This nest dark cave without a window
This mind this soul
In front of the mirror
To ignorant
To simple
To much truth to the matter
If you me and all
Somehow turn out to be
This God this thing
We hoped had our responsibility
Then all acts and reason are ours all alone
Where’s the comfort in knowing
Everything we do is something we own.
Brian
What if?
What if we could dream forever, eternity? What if we could see those dreams and realize self for eternity? What if the opportunity called life is one in which for this fleeting moment we can awaken from our dream to see forever? What if mankind is so full of vices and self promotion at the expense of others with all energy going to outside stimulations and distractions that we miss the simplicity of eternity?
We are caught in instant gratification and ego, Western civilizations have put an end to the cultures which believed in the path above, in the name of power money and god, of course weapons of death helped to promote their cause. Now we have a world where the meaning of life becomes how much money can be made or how it is made. Our soul is satisfied by money.
But what if money can't buy eternity, you can't see your soul by listening to others, by reading about it, by being told, at some point if you want to see what you are you must look at yourself.

Art Philosophy Poetry
I am feeling as a new born in my knowledge of self, out from the walls of humanities ignorance. To understanding of infancy not ordained being. I am nothing other than self and everything is nothing other than me.
Today is tomorrow from yesterdays past, so in this moment I set to my task, to have a great day asking nothing in return, tomorrow what happens I can wait to learn.
These are difficult times for humanity, lost in a direction of fruitless journey's based on material sources for reality in simple basic conceptions of life. My art has opened the infinite wonder of being for me, in its expression others may join in the knowledge.
